A virtual machine (VM) includes a virtual hard disk (VHD) file that stores the contents of the physical hard drive. It can be stored in a separate location and is transferable, so it can be copied to any physical server. The VHD contains an exact copy of the data and the structure of the data. So, it appears as if the created disk and files are on a physical disk. In this article, we are going to discuss how to create a virtual Hard Disk by using VM ware.
